What Problems / Issues RTT®️ Can Help with?
According to scientific research in psychology and neuroscience, thoughts trigger emotions through neural processes, emotions influence behaviours and physical sensations, and it creates a feedback loop. These repetitive thoughts shape your beliefs and identity. When these beliefs take root in the subconscious, they drive automatic behaviours. it can be like an unwelcome guest that’s tough to kick out with your regular, everyday efforts. That’s where RTT shines – it delves deep into the origins of your issue, the subconscious. Altering your thoughts, beliefs, and actions through conscious effort can be like pushing a boulder uphill, but rewiring them in the subconscious is as simple as etching them in with the power of hypnosis.Â

Frequently Asked Questions
The sensation of being in hypnosis is different for everyone. Hypnotic state is a natural state for all of us, it is a comfortable and relaxed state (you might have heard of alpha brainwave or flow). You are in a hypnotic state when you are daydreaming or when you are so focused on one thing that you ignore your surroundings. One thing to remember is that do not expect to be “hypnotized”. Because most of people have the wrong perception that being hypnotized equals “losing control/awareness”, which is far from the truth!
You don’t need to be afraid of hypnosis. It is a natural process that you experience several times a day. What you’re truly afraid of is the feeling of losing control, which is rooted in issue of safety. If you ever feel uncomfortable, simply contact me for a FREE mini-hypnosis recording to help you become more familiar with the process.
The hypnotic state is simply one of relaxation, comfort, and surrender. As long as you remain RELAXED, you are already in a hypnotic state. Drifting thoughts and even falling asleep are completely NORMAL. All you need to do is relax and trust the process, and you will gain valuable insights.
It is very possible that you go back to a scene that is painful. BUT, know that you not reliving the past, but viewing that event on a “screen”. You are safe in the present moment! Intense emotions that were suppressed might come up, please take it as a chance to feel them and release them for good! Strong emotions that are suppressed will find a physical outlet (usually manifest as physical illness). Know that I am with you on this journey!
Your personal insights and previous therapy experiences are valuable. But, if you already have the solutions, you will NO LONGER have the problem. RTT empowers you to access subconscious beliefs that you might not even be consciously aware of. Yet, these beliefs can profoundly influence your thoughts, emotions and actions. Unlike conscious analysis, RTT uncovers the hidden origins of problems.
It’s NORMAL!! Our subconscious mind communicates in various ways, often bringing up memories, dreams, or imaginative creations during hypnosis. While most images reflect past events, some, especially those from infancy, might be PHYSICAL SENSATIONS or symbolic images. Trust the process; these images still provide valuable insights!
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get stuck in hypnosis. You are always in control and aware of your surroundings. Choosing to follow the hypnotist’s instructions is entirely your choice. Even in stage hypnosis, people will react and run if there is an emergency, such as a shooting. The only situation where you might seem “stuck” is if you become so relaxed that you fall asleep. Even then, you will wake up naturally, just like you do every other time.
Yes! I have done many hypnotherapy sessions on Zoom / Google Meet. They are as effective as in-person hypnotherapy. One of the key factors of successful hypnotherapy is relaxation / comfort. People usually feel more relaxed and comfortable at home.
RTT is an extremely effective method, most issues can be solved within 3 sessions. Long-term problems that involve with deep-rooted traumas require more than 3 sessions. I have a general guideline for different issues, but ultimately it really depends on your specific situation. Aside from the severity of problems, your commitment and receptivity to change is extremely important!
There are three types of changes. The first one is immediate. The second one is incremental change where you notice gradual progress toward your goal over time. The third one is retroactive where you do not see change immediately, but one day when you look back you notice remarkable change!! We all want the first one, but as long as you are committed to change, you will see improvement! Trust and allow God / Universe to work its miracle on you!Â
Anyone with epilepsy or psychosis (schizophrenia, bipolar, etc.) should not enter an RTT session.
